If you could eliminate one emotion (anxiety, sadness, jealousy, regret, etc.), would you do it? Why or why not? If so, which one would you choose?
i would like to choose regret. the reason why i've choose to eliminate regret because it could built a huge barrier between successful and failure for me. if we are always keep regretting what have we done wrong before, we could not improve our self, and could not be competitive with others. thus, i'm surely that i would like to eliminate regret. we must know where and when we must regret, but not everytime we face some difficulties, but made it as a spirit for us to fix our self.
